Service Disclaimer

Payments:
Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions only accepts credit / debit card as form of payment.Credit card information is taken at time of booking. However, we DO NOT charge the card at this time. A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization ) one (1) day before the service in the amount of your total balance. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. Your card will be charged after the service has been completed and you will receive an invoice via email once this occurs. Unless otherwise noted, payment information must be collected from all customers and authorized prior to the start of the job. If your service is canceled, this hold will be released within 2-5 days.

Cancellations:
It is important to Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions to be there when we say we will. We reserve a time and team for each customer. Customers can make schedule changes or cancellations up until 24 hours before their service appointment. Cancellations made after this time will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.

Arrival Window:
We always do our best to show up on time. However, we ask that customers please allow us a 1-2 hour window to account for traffic, parking, and other surprises along the way.

Stain Removal Guarantee:

  • Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions does not guarantee the removal of stains, such as rust, mildew, or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.

    Clutter-Free Spaces:

  • It is expected that all areas designated for cleaning be free of clutter to ensure optimal service delivery.

    Special Care Notification:

  • Clients must promptly inform Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions if any items or surfaces within the premises require special care during the cleaning process.

    Damage Responsibility:

  • Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from the fault and/or improper installation of any item. However, we are committed to reasonably fixing or replacing damaged items within reason.

    Harm Prevention:

  • We are not liable for any harm caused to animals or people due to our cleaning supplies. Clients may provide their cleaning supplies if necessary.

    Special Care Requirement:

  • If special care is required during the cleaning process, it is the client’s responsibility to inform Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions beforehand.

    Pet Precautions:

  • For the safety of our team, all dogs or other pets should be put away during the cleaning process, and we are not responsible for unattended animals.

    Surface Assumptions:

  • All surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, hardwood floors) are assumed to be sealed and ready for cleaning without causing harm.

    Furniture Protection:

  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection to prevent damage during cleaning.

    Valuable Items:

  • To avoid possible accidents, all-important items should be stored away during cleaning.

    Client Communication Window:

  • Clients have a 24-hour window to contact Sparkle 4 U Cleaning Solutions with any issues or complaints. After 24 hours, all clients accepted that we were not liable for the concerns raised.

    Refund Policy:

  • If our service doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours of completion. We’ll quickly send a team to fix any issues you identify within 48 hours. If, after our re-cleaning, you’re still not happy, we’ll give you a partial refund to make things right and show our commitment to your satisfaction.

    Cleaning Completion Timeframe:

  • We cannot guarantee that the cleaning will be finished by a certain time as it depends on the scope of the work.

    Client Responsibility for Timely Completion:

  • If clients require the cleaners to finish by a specific time, the client must inform the company before cleaning begins. 

Notice

Scope of Cleaning:
Our teams are equipped to clean windows and surfaces reachable with a 3-step ladder. Please note that we do not undertake tasks beyond this scope.

Exclusive Work Environment:
For safety reasons, no other jobs should be conducted concurrently while our cleaning teams are on-site.

Impact on Estimate Accuracy:
The presence of additional workers or an excess of individuals in the house may lead to an inaccurate estimate for the service.

Effect on Cost and Timeframe:
Conducting other work within the premises while our teams are at work can impact both the cost and time required to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.

Furniture and Appliance Movement:
Unless explicitly added as a line item at an additional expense, heavy furniture or appliances will not be moved during the cleaning process.

Price Adjustment for Excessively Dirty Surfaces:
Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty, leading our cleaners to spend more time on specific areas.

Limitations on Cleaning Areas:
Cleaners will refrain from cleaning areas filled with clutter or those covered in hazardous materials, including but not limited to human and animal waste.

Refrigerator Cleaning Protocol:
If you request the inside of your refrigerator to be cleaned, you are expected to clean it out before our team commences their work. Cleaners are unable to handle food items due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Biohazard Cleanup Services

To uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the well-being of our team, we kindly request that if your residence is experiencing unpleasant odors due to pets or is dealing with pest-related issues, we ask that you refrain from scheduling our cleaning services. It is important to note that we do not provide biohazard cleaning services.

In the event that our cleaning team arrives at your residence and is unable to proceed due to the aforementioned reasons, please be advised that a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. We take this step reluctantly, as we value our relationship with you, our esteemed customers. Our primary objective is to consistently deliver high-quality service, and your cooperation in this matter ensures the safety and efficiency of our operations.
