Residential Cleaning

We ALWAYS  recommend Deep Cleaning for the first visit to prepare your home for ongoing maintenance.

Standard Cleaning offers de-cluttering, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bed-making, and surface cleaning while giving attention to high-traffic areas like bathrooms.

Deep Cleaning adds on extra time and additional checklist items, including outside of cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, and extra time for the tub/shower(s).

Move-in/Move-out Cleaning includes an extensive deep cleaning of the residence with cleaning performed inside cabinets, fridge, oven and drawers. The home needs to be empty of furniture and trash.

Sparkle 4 U Cleaning has the right to alter add-ons and adjust the booking pricing if necessary upon arrival at the property but will give an understanding of the reason if changes will be made.

We cannot provide service to the residence without electricity or running water.

Please select a date and time for us to come. The time chosen is our cleaning techs’ arrival window (NOT cleaning time). For urgent cleanings, feel free to call 443-230-5220.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: While we aim to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, any cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment incurs a fee. This helps compensate our cleaners who reserved their time exclusively for you.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours carries a $50.00 non-refundable fee. It doesn’t count toward future bookings.
• Canceling within 24 hours carries a $75.00 non-refundable fee. It doesn’t count toward future bookings.

Payment Information

Your card information will be requested to hold the date of your cleaning. You will be charged after the service has been rendered.  A hold will be placed on your card the day prior for the full amount of your cleaning.
